Please join us for happy hour and a delicious dinner catered by Leah's Catering as we honor Dr. Vernon and Elisabeth Neppe! In addition there will be a hypnotist to entertain you during dinner!!

Vernon and Lis are originally from South Africa and have been in Seattle 31 years. Elisabeth, known to everyone as Lis, is a former social worker and now Vernon's Office Manager. Lis has taken upon herself the tens of hours of contacting individuals for different functions at CSTL and is frequently involved with voluntary CSTL work.

Vernon is Chair of Community Education at CSTL and has been a board member for a dozen plus years. A neuropsychiatrist, he is the author of 11 books, and has lectured extensively round the world.

Professor Vernon M Neppe MD, PhD, FRSAf was awarded the prestigious 2016 Whiting Memorial Prize with his co-researcher Edward R Close PhD for their pioneering paradigm-shift contributions to Consciousness Research. The Whiting Memorial Prize is a major worldwide interdisciplinary prize, technically awarded annually, but rarely given, as it requires a unanimous selection, and it was last given several years ago. Interestingly, Vernon's work links science with spirituality, and particularly with Kabbalah.
